Wembley Awaits!

The FA Cup is the oldest cup competition in the world and is certainly one of the most prestigious. Arsenal holds the record wins in the FA cup with 14 triumphs, but this season's edition of the tournament will be battled out by two eternal rivals, Manchester United and Manchester City.

The FA Cup final will be held on May 25th, and it is set to be an epic derby as the two Manchester clubs go toe-to-toe for the coveted title. With pride, silverware, and bragging rights on the line, this game promises to be a thrilling encounter.

Will City maintain their dominance of English football under the guidance of Spanish tactician Pep Guardiola and secure another FA Cup victory, or will the biggest club in England, Manchester United, stage a surprising upset and claim the trophy this season?

We are here with our detailed analysis and predictions for the upcoming fixture. With our prediction, you could be in for your next big PAYOUT, which could be just a click away!

Manchester City

Manchester City have been in red-hot form this season, mounting a serious title challenge in the Premier League. Previously trailing Arsenal, the Cityzens now appear to be in a secure position to clinch the Premier League trophy after their 2-0 away victory against Tottenham on Tuesday, May 14.

Notably, City have been in phenomenal form, winning their last four matches in style. With victories over Nottingham Forest (2-0), Wolves (4-1), Fulham (4-0), and Tottenham (2-0), City are a force to be reckoned with. Currently, they have remained unbeaten in their last 22 Premier League games, with 17 wins and 4 draws. Scintillating form!!!

Manchester United

On the other hand, Manchester United have struggled to find their footing this season. Their journey to the FA Cup final was marked by a lacklustre performance against Coventry that ended in a nervy penalty shootout.

In the Premier League, their performance has gone from bad to worse, with no victories in their last three matches. United drew 1-1 against Burnley, followed by a crushing 4-0 defeat to Crystal Palace and a humiliating 1-0 loss at Old Trafford to Arsenal.

Currently languishing in 8th place in the league table, the Red Devils will be looking to salvage their season with a morale-boosting cup triumph.

Verdict: It's quite obvious that City are in better form and as we all know, form often goes out the window in a derby and cup final, however, we'll give this to Pep Guardiola's men.

Manchester City Vs Manchester United Head-To-Head

In their head-to-head battles this season, City have had the upper hand with convincing victories over United. In their most recent showdown, Manchester City dominated Manchester United with a 3-1 victory in the Premier League on March 3.

Verdict: In recent times, City have had United on strings with several beatings. Obviously, this goes to Manchester City.

Team News

Manchester City

Manchester City are currently thriving with only a few injured players this season. Nathan Ake recovered from an injury from the Fulham game to make the bench against Tottenham, and will most-likely be fit for the FA Cup final match. Also, Jack Grealish made his comeback to the City bench after recovering from illness that sidelined him in the team's previous matches.

Manchester United

On the other hand, Ten Hag has missed and is still missing several important players in his team, including Lindelof, Maguire, Malacia, Martial, Mount, Rashford, and Varane. However, Fernandes and Martinez have returned to training and are expected to feature in the upcoming FA Cup showdown.

Verdict: City have had to deal with lesser injuries this season, unlike United. The blue side of Manchester also possesses a better and deeper squad to deal with injuries, suspensions, loss of form, and so on. So, in this regard, City have the upper hand over United.

Key Players

Manchester City

City has an abundance of attacking geniuses. The likes of Erling Braut Haaland, Jack Grealish, Kelvin De Bruyne, Phil Foden, Jeremy Doku and Bernardo Silva can turn any game in their favour at any time.

Manchester United

Due to the injury crisis affecting the Manchester United squad, many of their key players will likely be unable to participate in the FA Cup final. However, Antony, Amad Diallo, Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes are good players.

Verdict: City has the better and elite set of players in their ranks. It's not even a competition with the United players.

Manchester City Vs Manchester United Predicted XI

Manchester City predicted XI: Ederson, Walker, Akanji, Dias, Gvardiol; Rodri; Bernardo Silva, Kovacic, De Bruyne, Foden; Haaland.

Manchester United predicted XI: Onana; Wan-Bissaka, Kambwala, Martinez; Dalot, Amrabat, Mainoo, McTominay; Amad, Hojlund, Garnacho

Kick-Off Time

All eyes will be on Wembley Stadium as these two Manchester giants lock horns once again in what promises to be a thrilling FA Cup showdown. The match will kick off on Saturday, May 25 by 3:00 pm.
