The pacy Frenchman, who joined PSG from Monaco in 2017, initially on loan, and then permanently for $186m in 2018, revealed for the first time that he will be leaving the French club in June.

The 25-year-old made the official announcement of his departure on Friday evening, May 10, following earlier reports in February.

In a video posted by the player and renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano on their X pages, Mbappe publicly announced his exit stating: "I wanted to speak to you all.
