After a make-over and renovations, Betway reopened its Customer Experience Centre for enthusiasts and bettors in Kumasi. The customer experience centre of the bookmaker in Ghana’s second-largest city operates at Nyantakyi Plaza on Amakom Road. Existing since February 2018, it began to assist customers in the Ashanti Region who were interested in sports betting.
Four years later, Betway decided to expand the centre. Thus, the company invested in the construction of a spacious and vibrant ambience. Here, for example, punters can obtain all the information they need about their favourite sports. Moreover, with the renovation of the centre, they added an area for those customers who prefer the other areas outside wagering.
The Customer Experience Centre facilitates interaction with the brand
Betway’s Manager – Operations in Ghana, Magnus Rex Danquah, visited the centre with journalists and other stakeholders. While there, he mentioned that the aim of the renovation was to provide more user experience for players. Moreover, users gained the opportunity to interact directly with the brand.
Danquah said, “Our brand always commits to creating an outstanding wagering experience for sports betting fans. Therefore, we expanded the space to create a more comfortable and vibrant experience for them. Additionally, we now have an area for those players who wish to explore our other gambling products beyond sports betting. We invest in all these innovations to ensure that access to our products and offers is easier and more convenient for the Betway community in the Ashanti region.”
Additionally, there are centres in Accra and Sekondi-Takoradi
Besides the Customer Experience Centre in Kumasi, Betway runs two additional points of contact for its customers in Ghana. The first of these is in the capital Accra. Moreover, the bookmaker opened a centre in Sekondi-Takoradi in February 2022. This is the third-largest city in the country. Among other things, the bookmaker cooperates with the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and acts as a development partner of the Ghana Women’s Premier League.
